PALLET SOURCING & SUPPLY
We offer a broad line of new pallets, recycled pallets, and plastic pallets that are affordable and tailored for your material handling environment. We provide single-source pallet procurement locally, regionally and nationally.
PALLET REPAIR PROGRAMS
We implement cost saving pallet repair programs as an alternative to purchasing a new or remanufactured platform. We can extend the life of your pallet and repair it to its original specification.
ON-SITE SERVICES
On-Site programs capitalize on available warehouse space, reduce operation costs and increase productivity and efficiency by bringing sustainability operations in-house. We can provide trained and safe personnel to sort, repair, load/unload trailers and conduct inventory monitoring.
PALLET REMOVAL & BUYBACK PROGRAMS
We provide pallet removal services for standard, odd-size, scrap and plastic/other pallets. Our reliable service can include live loads and/or drop trailers of both FTL and LTL loads. We offer competitive rebates for repairable pallets.
CLOSED LOOP PROGRAMS
We create customized pallet retrieval programs utilizing our national vendor network and customer synergies. We track pallet inventories, repair and deliver LTL/FTL shipments of the original platform back to the end user.
HEAT TREATMENT
HT Rules are written in IPPC/ISPM 15. IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention). This is a treatment of wood products by heating the product up to 56 °C for 30 minutes in a drying kiln. This procedure eliminates pests in wood material. Treated pallets are marked by IPPC HT stamps with a specific code.
CONSULTING & DESIGN SERVICES
A pallet built from recycled material. Like new pallets, remanufactured pallets (or “Remans”) provide great consistency and uniformity. Reman pallets can be built to specific dimensions to meet your shipping requirements.
